MCC OVERSEAS LTD. the ninth session of the first Board meeting held in Beijing

MCC OVERSEAS LTD. the ninth session of the first Board meeting was held in Beijing on 1st Jan 2010. Chairman Zou chaired the meeting, directors Zheng Wenhua, Zhao Ruixiong, Li Pengcheng, Yao Yihong participated in the meeting. Supervisory Board Chairman Wang Gongzhang, the board secretary Li ZhongYu attended the meeting.

 

The meeting examined and adopted MCCO 2009 Work Report and the 2010 budget report. The meeting agreed that the company continues to track the Kwun Tong project in Hong Kong, Australia CF coal mine project, Australia Bala Bala iron ore project. The meeting also heard the presentation on Vietnam TISCO project, Iran Ada Kang project and the report of Guam Office dealing with the property in Guam.

 

The meeting fully affirmed the achievements of MCCO strategic transformation, and required MCCO to continue maintaining the momentum of steady development, further increase the transformation, and explore the development model suitable for the company, and gradually become bigger and stronger.
