Feb. 1st 2010, board chairman Mr. Zou met with FLUOR Group Chairman Steve Dobbs and his party at the VIP Room of MCC overseas company. FLUOR group is Fortune 500, but also the world's largest design, procurement, construction, maintenance company.
Mr. Zou firstly introduced five main business section of MCC, and introduced recently China first Coal project in Australia and other project progress at overseas. Subsequently, Mr. Steve Dobbs introduced FLUOR Group's main business ranges from infrastructure construction, mining and energy areas such as chemical facilities and so on, and he also introduced the project management and facilities management procurement model of FLOUR Group. In addition, the two sides also discussed matters of project financing, capital investments, China and overseas market development and other issues. Finally, they pledged to strengthen further communication and cooperation, continue to enhance mutual understanding and trust through mutual exchanges and cooperation. That will lay a solid foundation for developing the substantive project cooperation between the two sides.
FLUOR visiting group also had the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy Senior Manager Mr. Rick Koumoris and China Chief Representative Mr. Xie Xingguo. MCC overseas assistant general manager Yu Zhongliang, operating two department deputy manager Yang Guoqiang, and operating three department deputy manager Wang Chuanxi took part in the meeting.
